Prepare your articles and check to the Florida Secretary of State in the usual manner, and call us when they are ready. Our runner will pick them up at your office. We will personally hand file the articles with the Florida Secretary of State, Div. of Corporations and prepare a complete corporate kit for you. Our delivery service will then deliver the complete kit and all receipts from the Secretary of State.

Our "Quick File" service is only $20.00 We pickup in Dade and Broward Counties only. All other counties must mail in the documents.
